PROJECTS
At Siloam Ethiopia our goal is to continue to improve the lives of struggling Ethiopian children and teens. We have lofty goals that will require the good will of many wonderful people. Below is a list of some of the projects we are currently working on. We hope you'll consider aiding us in our quest.

Building Wells for schools
Young children are more vulnerable to the effects of lead because they absorb ingested lead more easily than adults, which can interfere with the development of their nervous systems. In population studies, exposure to lead has been associated with effects on learning capacity, intellectual development and behavior.

Medical Clinic for students
We seek to create a health care facility within the school that's intended to provide basic health care for students and /or refer them to a specialist/primary health center if required.

Specifications: The clinic must be a minimum of 14 square meters, containing a Doctor room with standard furniture, fixtures, medical equipment and supplies. Other necessary items include sufficient ventilation, lighting, wash basin and tap water.

HEALTHCARE
CLINICS
Due to growing poverty people are dying
from preventable medical issues simply because they can't afford basic healthcare.
We seek to open clinics that will provide these basic services to those who currently don't have access.

HARAR, ETHIOPIA MEDICAL CLINIC
Our 501(c)(3) charity currently supports a free medical clinic in Harar, Ethiopia. We are
looking for donations of medical equipment.
We are currently looking to obtain a CBC machine and blood chemistry supplies.
